Summer Art Camp 2003
Animal Letters

Dear Bumblebee

I heard you couldn't fly,
I earlier asked a scientist,
and that was his reply
he said that he had
studied you and your
shape was much too wide

Rabbit

would you like to come and play,
it would be very nice, I say,
we can play at the park,
until it is dark,
then we go home and play ball,
in the hall.
Yours truly,
Dog and Cat

Horse

come back home!
We have more grass than ever
even though there was none
It should last for ever!

Farmer Brown has fields of oats,
waiting for us to take.
With that and all the carrots
we could make carrot cake!

Deep Hollow Orchard had many apples.
We could have a feast,
but we need to be careful
for the dog who's a beast!

You see it will be fun,
if you'd just come home.
Your friend,
Cow
