Policies and Obligations

Vendors may bring plants, plant/herb products, books and printed information, crafts and art work.

Only quality art & crafts will be accepted. No kits or resale items.

Exhibitors should check in at the HCAC canopy on arrival for space assignments.

After unloading, cars should be moved to the designated parking areas. Parking is nearby and unloading will be convenient.

Vendors are responsible for collecting WV sales tax.

Set up time is 8:00am-10:00am

The festival will be held rain or shine and no space fees will be refunded. In case of rain all activities and booths will be set up in the multipurpose room of the school

All exhibitors are responsible for keeping their booth areas free of trash.

Food vendors should follow WV Food Handler regulations.

Organizations having information displays are asked not to sell raffle tickets or have donation jars. This is an HCAC policy
