Teresa Bisset began by reading a poem written by Walt Whitman.

Then the group organized possible subject categories: people, places or things.

Next individuals tried to generate a list of ideas.

Campers went off to work on their own poems.

Teresa reads poems and gives feedback.

Herb Adrian and his assistant Andy introduce students to their instruments.

Herb uses an overhead projector to help campers learn to tune their guitars.

Andy and Herb help campers with their tuning attempts.
