Bill Troxler
Bill Troxler will retire in June as President of Capitol College
in Laurel, MD, where he has served for 27 years and proven an
innovative, award-winning educator. He is known to the hammered
dulcimer world from his thought-provoking articles in Dulcimer
Player's News and his long stint as one-half of the duo,
Fulcrum Bridge. A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, he is a
gifted teacher and performer, having taught at the Augusta Heritage
Center and the Swannanoa Gathering, as well as regularly at Common
Ground on the Hill. Bill is the founding President of the Common
Ground on the Hill Board of Directors. He played for HCAC audiences
with Walt Michael in the organization's first fund-raiser event.
