A 29 foot mural begins in a much smaller scale.

 

 

Background

After priming the wall with white gesso, Sibyl outlines important background areas.

Background Work Continues

Black gesso is applied over some of the white. Two staunch trees will frame the woodland scene.

Before it's dry, some of the black gesso is ragged off to provide texture.
