Advance Tickets for HCAC Performances

Generally tickets are available at the door one hour prior to the performance. If you want to be sure to get in and get a good seat, advance purchase is recommended. Based on the order in which reservations are received, seats are reserved with a post-it note starting from the seats nearest the stage. Seats ordered together are reserved together. All advance purchasers will be listed on a reserved seats roster at the door.

Advance ticket sales are available on-line through this site, by mail, or at The Bottling Works.

*If you order HCAC member tickets and your Arts Council membership is not current, you may renew your membership (or join) at the door or the difference between the member and non-member ticket rate will be charged.

Unless otherwise noted, everyone under 17 is admitted free with a paying adult to Hampshire County Arts Council concerts. (For the November 2, 2008, Tom Chapin concert, the adult rate will apply to all over age 12 and $8 will be charged for those under 12.)

By Credit Card on-line through PayPal

Charge your tickets via PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to be able to order tickets using your credit card through PayPal. A $1.50 handling fee per concert is added (example, if you order 4 tickets to a concert, $1.50 is added, if you order one ticket for each of two different concerts, $3.00 is added.)

Your e-mail confirmation from PayPal will serve as your ticket, so print it out and bring it with you to the performance, just in case we don't have a copy at the door.

Reserve your tickets by check mailed at least 7 days before the performance to: Hampshire County Arts Council, P.O. Box 624, Romney, WV 26757. Please include a phone number so your order can be acknowledged if received with enough lead time to do so. Your order will be on a reserved seats list at the door.

In Person at The Bottling Works, 426 E. Main St., Romney, WV

Advance tickets for the next Arts Council concert or two may be purchased by cash or check only, when the Visitors Center at The Bottling Works is open (Tues-Sat. 9-1 and 1:30-4:30PM) and during Arts Council concerts. To be sure tickets are available, you may want to call ahead 304-822-7477.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

For on-line orders, your PayPal payment receipt will serve as the ticket for admission, so be sure to bring a copy to the event. All ticket purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds (unless concert is cancelled*).

If the ticket holder notifies the event The Hampshire County Arts Council that he/she will not be able to attend the concert and the event is otherwise sold out, the presenter reserves the right to “re-sell” the seat(s). The cost of the ticket(s) will be the ticket-holder’s tax-deductible donation to The Hampshire County Arts Council Inc.; the ticket holder will be mailed a letter for tax purposes.

*If an event is rescheduled due to weather or performer illness, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled performance.

In the unlikely case of a concert cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the ticket holder upon return within seven (7) calendar days of the cancelled performance date of the ticket(s) to: The Arts Council, P.O. Box 624, Romney, WV 26757. After that date, any ticket amount for which a refund request has not been received will be the ticket-holder’s tax-deductible donation to The Hampshire County Arts Council Inc.; the ticket holder will be mailed a letter for tax purposes.
